Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing & Lead Times

  • Made-to-Order Items (Tables): Have extended production lead times. You will receive an order confirmation with the estimated ship date.

  • In-Stock Items: Will ship within the estimated timeframe on the product page.

2. Shipping & Delivery Services

  • Service: Furniture ships via freight. White-glove in-home delivery is standard for large items.

  • Service Includes: Delivery to your chosen room, unpacking, basic assembly (attaching legs, feet), placement, and removal of packing materials.

  • Service Excludes: Complex assembly (e.g., attaching intricate chair backs not part of standard service), removal of old furniture, or moving items after initial placement.

3. Delivery Process

  • The delivery company will contact you to schedule a delivery window. An adult must be present.

  • You must inspect items for visible damage at the time of delivery and note any concerns on the driver's paperwork. This is crucial.

4. Shipping Damages & Claims
For concealed damages discovered after delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours with clear photos. We will manage the claim process with the carrier. Keep all packaging.

5. Order Changes & Cancellations
For made-to-order items, changes or cancellations are only possible within a short window (e.g., 48 hours) after ordering, before production begins. For in-stock items, standard policies apply.
